My mother in law has a strange almost perfectly circular red bruise on her breast. She noticed it yesterday. There's no pain, swelling, or fever coming from it. It has what appears to be two tiny spots where scabs are forming. She said she feels fine. She is diabetic, has thyroid issues, and high blood pressure.
