Hello my son is 7 month old Today I noticed a strange behaviour of him Its unusual It occurs today only Plz rectify by seeing the pics Suddenly he is stiff in his arms and grunch sometimes Why that tongue he is doing like that Is there any behaviour issue Plz rectify I'm worried
