Headache can be due to multiple reasons. Excessive screen time can be one of them.
1.Reduce the brightness of the laptop screen to a comfortable level and avoid using laptop or mobile with room lights turned off especially during night hours.
2. Follow 20-20 rule which means after every 20 mins of screen time, take a break of 20 seconds by looking at some faraway object or outside the window. This will reduce eyestrain related headache.
3. If you had a sinusitis in the past,it can't be ruled out either as one of the causes of headache.
