You have not mentioned whether you are having alternate convergent  squint or Squint in one eye either with normal vision or less vision (lazy or amblyopic eye). If you are having   alternate Squint or Squint in one eye with normal vision, you will be having normal eye   after squint surgery & in case Squint in lazy eye it will return to previous position in5-10 yrs after squint surgery.Expenditure with be around thirty thousand( not in five star hospital) with average experienced good ophthmologist,with regards Dr Arjun kr Singh Patna.
