Stopping Metronidazole

I am currently on Metronidazole 2x 400mg a day and on my second day and feel nauseous. Can I stop taking the course?

Welcome on Practo.. Provided information is incomplete for solution..But metronidazole incuses nausea... Doesn't need to  stop it..U need another medicine for your nausea
