Drink 3 litres of water and take High fibre diet like green leafy veggies, salads , oats, dalia etc. take 1 banana daily . You can take fiberlact powder 2 tsp at bed time or syp.duphalac 2tsp at bedtime , it will help . Take warm water as well . and mild -moderate exercise, walking will help too .
