Hello Dr Can anyone help me with the report? My daughter who is 9 months old was pooping green after I have started iron drops. So I went for routine test. Is she having a mild infection wat can be done please help.. pic attached of the report.thank you

Yes...there may be a intestinal infection as per report... But clinical examination requires to correlate...

Hi, Shows mild infection.
Next Steps
If the stool sample did not reach lab in 30 min or on time, then too sample will show pus cells.
