Hi My son age is now 67days. He is not passing stool from last 5days but he is happy and having milk asusual also his stomach is soft but he is releasing burps. Please help me out of this problem...

For this age not passage of stools upto 7 days is nornal
Next Steps
If baby doesn't passes stools after 7 days or has poor feed acceptance or abdomen distention at anytime get a consultation

Hi, for his age passing stools once in 7 days is fine, preferably stools should not be hard. If not passed even after 7 days or the stools are  hard, better to consult pediatrician.
Next Steps
Also can add little sugar in expressed milk and feed after 5 days if baby is uncomfortable not passing stools.

I understand your concerns. 3 months old baby not passing stools for 5 to 7 days without vomiting,abdominal distension , and is passing flatus doesn’t look alarming. Proper feeding is required to pass stools and urine.

Review in one or two days if not passed stools.
