Could you please help me any body if can what is the reason when I pass stool in the morning I see no burning in anus . however if I pass stool after eating or I feel I getting urge for stool. After passing stool then burning in anus started . Please help me the reason

It's probably due to anal fissure. Treatment with medication:- Proctosedyl ointment Povidone iodine ointment Syp.cremaffin Tab. Zivi dsr Diet modification Avoid straining while passing stools Avoid spicy and oily food for sometime
