If your stools were of dark brown colour that means somewhere in your intestine some bleeding happened. It need detail history of your symptoms as well. None of these medication directly cause brown stools in couple of dosage. But any pain killer can cause ulceration and bleeding from stomach, depending upon pre existing risk factors.
