Hii doctor, I have recently developed a disorder wherein I have to use washroom after every meal i take. There is a sudden reaction in my stomach during my meal time and then i am unable to stop myself from going to the washroom. I want to know the reasons for the problem and how can i get rid of this?

This is due to Irritable Bowel Syndrome You have to make sure that your colon is empty in the morning Please take 1.5 litres of water every morning at 6 AM
