Stomachache headache for last 3 days and sleeping problem as well please suggest me any painkiller plz

This appears to be Gastritis. Painkillers will aggrevate Gastritis. Take appropriate antacids. If Gastritis resolves and headache persists then take painkillers but avoid NSAIDS.
