I have issues of constipation n diarrhoea very often, lost my appetite, bloating and get nauseous all of a sudden, mostly my stool consists of small tiny lumps floating, could you advice me of what needs to be done? also adding on to it, i have a family history of cancer, my father passed away due to colorectal cancer.

Can be ibs or colitis etc. Stop Searching google. Majority of people searching google get a self Diagnosis as cancer
