When ever I am on my periods. My stomach was swell. I have too much pain. After this I have too problem in my sexual life also. I have too much pain in my stomach

I think you are having Urinary tract infection or pelvic inflammatory disease.Get done ultrasonography and examined by doctor.She will prescribe some medicine and take both of you.No sex for 10 days.Maintain hygiene also.
