On aug 18 when I am using some antibiotics from aug 16 for throat infection from aug 18 night I got loose motions and after that I went to ent hospital and after 2,3 days I said about my loose motions condition to the doctor she said to use bifilac i used before i udes to get loose motions mostly at night but after that it had become some better now I am getting stool daily 3-4 times not too loose or normal like middle some pain if I won't go to bathroom some noises in stomach I am afraid of what I am having and at night I won't sleep I will eat sugary foods after that it had increased now going 3-4 times bathroom some very low  fever and body pains which I won't have all the day please say what happened to me I am having a lot of tension if I am searching in Google please

Which antibiotics did you take for throat infection? As certain antibiotics may cause GI upset.
Next Steps
Take Probiotics with meals, avoid oily and spicy food. Also take Tab Sporlac DS twice a day for 3 days with electrolytes like ORS

Increased frequency of motion and increased flatus can happen with the kind of diet, that you having currently, need not worry. It should settle with the probiotic which you are taking. You can take an x ray abdomen for re assurance. That will give some idea.
