I feel pain in my stomache all time. Is it due to pregnancy or is there any stomach problem to me? Feel pain in upper abdoman area all the day. Local doctors says its gas problem. But after taking gas pills at morning I dont feel any releif. Please suggest me what to do? I am only 2 month pregnant. And have so much problems at so early stage. Then how will I manage rest 7 month? We are living alone with husband and my 8 yr old son. He gose to work at 9 to 9 and I have to manage all my house works alone. Please suggest me best how to feel fit during my pregnancy.
