Vomiting,gas problem,unable to eat anything....weakness in body,can't eat anything,whatever I m eating either it is vomited

hey ,from how long you have this problem? it takes time to settle , at this stage you must go to hospital they give to gastritis injection and to stop vomiting so thst you canconsult physician
