Sir/Mam, Since yesterday evening, I had a sudden pain in the lower side of my stomach and There is also gas in the stomach And pain is more when lying down.

Hi..need to know which side of the abdomen. Any associated vomiting? And burning while passing urine. Best is to get an ultrasound abdomen and pelvis if pain has not reduced and review with report.
