Have severe needle piercing pain around and near belly button. It happens esp at nights.. The same pain occurs in my hip also.

Hi, it could be duodenal ulcer ,pain increases during night in empty stomach and something pain wakes you up . Get endoscopy done and consult gastroenterologist.
