Stomach Pain during 19th week pregnancy

Having stomach pain for the first time during my pregnancy. I am on 19th week. I had heavy bleeding previously in 12th week but after a week it stopped and everything was good. Quite worried why this continues stomach pain? No cramps just entire belly part is hurting since hours. Please guide. Regards
