Hi santhosh here and I male 28year old. I am had much stomach pain and I went to doctor and they said I have gastric problem . So I am taking that tablet as of now . Can i take loss motion tablet now that tablets.

Are you having loose stools as well if yes than yes you need antibiotics also along with antacids.
Next Steps
have plenty oral fluid with sugar and salt added.
