I have stomach pain in upper abdomen for 5 days.. its basically on upper side of abdomen.. i have frequent acidity prblem too.. whatever i eat my stomach hurts.. just like cramping.. i have semi watery stool for 2days.. and pain is continue.. its actually mild pain.. whats this? I do a usg on august 2022.. all came normal... is it serious???

Appears Gastroenteritis, however if you have similar history in past with symptom duration more then 6 months,it could be IBS then
