Stomach pain and Acidity Since 3 days

Sir. Since 3 three days i am having mild to sometimes bearable stomach pain. But my routine gets disturbed when I have pain in Stomach. And when Stomach starts to pain,at same time When Stomach pains,Acidity also starts means Vomitting sensation. I have done CBC & Urine routine. I am attaching reports..please Suggest at earliest. Waiting for Your Reply. Thank You.
