I have abdominal pain. My doctor given O2 tablet for 3 days. I has conveyed to avoid milk but take buttermilk or dahi as much as possible. While checking on Google I found that while taking O2 we should avoid milk as well other dairy products. Plz guide should I consume buttermilk and dahi (yoghurt) or not. And can I have sex during the medicine period.
