Stomach making noise after eating .

My stomach is making noise afer eating food like water passing through pipe and sometimes pain also happens and last till noises came.It happens multiple times in a day and night.My diet becomes also becomes less from past 8 months and i am loosing weight.

This might be due narrowing in stomach. Along with loss of appetite this might be sign of cancer.
