I finally did scan again. It showed gestational sac at 5 weeks . I still feel the left side lower abdominal pain so much. Last night was terrible. The pain was so sharp like a knife was cutting through my stomach than to my rectum(anus area) I couldn't sleep I couldn't sit nor stand. I was helpless, in serious pains and in tears. I don't know what to do? Is it because of the cyst? Because during the first week of march I had this same pain. I treated for gastrointestinal issues now i don't know
