My first ultrasound at 6 weeks according to lmp shows yolk sac , gestational sac of 10 mm ,no fetal pole and maturity of gestational age 5 weeks
How is it possible age showing 5 weeks but actually i am 6 weeks pregnant.
Please suggest little worry

Not to worry, sometimes there is delayed conception. Repeat the sonography after 1-2 weeks.
