Suffering from bloating, pain near right side beside belly button, Sometimes it's constipation, sometimes after eating urgency to go washroom, After eating pain in right side of abdomen, Had ultrasound but only gallstones , is this ibs pain or gallstones pain? When I touch that area it pains
