Dear Doctors,My son 1 year 6 months old baby boy, whose facing problem while passing the motion, what ever he eats immediately he pass the motion, and motion also not once in a very small small proportion he'll pass, we have consulted doctor nearby our residence, they said due to stomach Infection after treatment also he's not well & smell in motio
