Have been having cramps since 3/4 days,was suspecting I might have conceive as I was feeling tired and feeling hot ,which is not normal with me but my periods came 4 days early..still having cramps,feeling weak and low bp...hav never had such problem before..M I suffering from silent miscarriage?
