Liver: 2 large irregular hyperchoic lesions in right lobe 66x61 and 63x57 Pancreas: multiple peripancreatic coeliac nodes, largest measures: 27x16mm Rest all organs normal Doctors said: cannot do surgery and no point giving chemotherapy symptoms : digestion issues:appetite loss, weight loss from 65kg to 44kg, swelling in legs Need help.
