After that I had anorexia for 7 days and then burning sensation started. I took 2 weeks course of Sompraz L then it was completely recovered. But again after an interval of  8-10 days I use to feel burning sensation that is gone after taking PPI. other than epigastric burning sensation I dnt have any tenderness or pain over epigastrium, stool colour is normal . What should I do and what may be the cause? Please suggest

Usually  we suggest 4 weeks of ppi therapy 1 week is very less Even if you have erosions or ulcers Thats the duration needed to heal So get an endoscopy first
