Stomach and intestine problem
I've been diagnosed with crohn's and colitis before. I have side effects of colon cancer like stool skinny and sometimes diarriha. I feel sometimes I have to go a lot after I just went to toilet. Sometimes I get constipated. I get cramps every now and then. I do feel groggy and weak sometimes.
If it's been diagnosed as Crohn's disease, then you will be asked to take some antiinflammatory drugs to bring down the inflammation . It's called maintainance drugs.
If there is infection now you will need antibiotics as well
For pain and cramps you can take Tab Dicyclomine 10 mg 3 times a day for a week.

you might need a endoscopy ( colonoscopy) to see if any strictures have developed.
Check your Haemoglobin.

Take soft diet which can be easily digested.
Plenty of fluids- water and juices.
Take iron rich food- Dates and green leafy vegetables. Your weakness could be because of anaemia.
