Stomach ache since 3/4 months in the night, daughter keeps complaining of stomach ache esp when she gets nervous etc.

Without clinical examination it would be difficult to say about the exact cause of abdominal pain. You may get a usg whole abdomen done if the pain is 3-4 months old. Preferred opyion would be to visit your pediatrician and then get the investigation done
