It would be helpful if you would have mentioned the duration of your symptoms. Abdominal pain with low grade fever may arise due to a number of causes. It is important to rule out enteric fever. Vomiting can lead to loss of fluid and electrolytes from the body which can cause dizziness and weakness.

It advisable to visit your physician if the symptoms have been there for more than a week. A complete blood count and liver function test may be the initial tests (if not done already). Based on clinical examinations and these tests further investigations may be advised. Sometimes a deworming course may help. Drink plenty of fluids if possible.
