I have been suffering from acidity for a pretty long time. It gets cure after medication, and comes back after few months. Last one month am very much upset with my stomach related problem. Acidity, excessive gas that doesn't get released, heart burn. Add to that I have constipation. Doctor suggested a full check up of my liver and kidney. Cholesterol and uric acid level is considerably high. Am taking medication for that. Very recent am feeling pain in the upper side of my back (for last one week). The pain is getting worse while working or standing for long. Acidity is mild but gastric and constipation is persisting. Am not feeling free. There is no pain in any area of my belly still I am feeling a strange kind of uneasiness. Day by day am getting into mental trauma due to this. I got too much obsessed with this. My disease had gone mental from physical. I want my normal life back. Please help.

Hi with your age, nothing major disease can be expected. Cheek your diet. Follow some life style changes : stop tea coffee. Avoid spicy food. Don't eat cabbage / capsicum/ don't drink / eat citrus fruits. If symptoms persists then It's better to get a upper Gastroscopy done to rule out ulcers/ erosions/ presence of H.pylori infection. By then you can take tab. PANTODAC DSR (1-0-1) HALF AN HOUR BEFORE MEAL FOR 7 DAYS. Sup. GAVISCON 10 ml THREE TIMES A DAY AFTER MEAL FOR 10 DAYS. Report the progress. Feel free to ask any further quary. Some natural way to tackle with hard stool / Constipation are-Take DABUR  NATURE CARE ISABGOL HUSK- one big teaspoon in one glass of Luke warm water after breakfast and one after dinner daily for 1 month.  Take plenty of fluids , salads in each diet. Get Flax seeds, fry it in a pan without oil, then put it in a mixi, make powder and you can take 1 teaspoon with jaggery morning and night after meal
