Stitches bleeding after baby birth.

It's 2 weeks that I delivered a baby boy through normal vaginal delivery, And 2 stage tears, My stitches still pains and now it started bleeding also. My Gyn advised for Bitadine solution and ointment but still no improvement. Any advice I can get relief from this.
