Hi I am seeing yellow discharge with pus like odour. After examination, was given medicines for infection also stitch granuloma was seen but medicines did not cure yellow discharge. After re examination doc suggested to treat the stitch granuloma. Two methods suggested - Chemical wat using silver nitrate another way is burning the tissue usiing electric. Which is the best procedure to treat the underlying problem? Want to know your opinion. Thanks in advance!
