Hello,  incomplete query as the dog is strey,pet.dog is vaccinated or not. Who ever says after thirteen years no need in the sense the right time is on first day means O day. You can take 0,3,7, 14,28+ IMMUNOGLOBILIN. In deltoid region subucaneously. Ok.
