After I eat my lunch or dinner even in a small portion I have stiff ness over the novel area specially in the left side . This has started about a week back. I feel better after a couple of hours. What may be the reason for the same. Whom should I consult?

Origin of pain might be from stomach probably due to gastritis or ulcer.  You need endoscopy.
