I'm facing this issue for sometime now. I feel difficulty in pulling up my foreskin to full because of the stickiness inside the penis. While pulling the foreskin back, it is seen like very thin layers get peeled off on the way as foreskin goes fully. Because of this i cannot easily move back and forth my penis. And there always exist some kind of damage inside the penis skin, and the stickiness always remain.
