After how long does phimosis comes back following a steroid cream treatment? (cream betnovate C) does it goes back to same state again?

phimosis is not a condition which can be treated conservatively. you should consult a plastic surgeon/ urologist/ general surgeon to get it corrected. ignoring it may lead to complications like paraphimosis in the future
