Sternocleidomastoid syndrome

I am in Germany and have right neck , ear and throat pian due to Sternocleidomastoid syndrome. I have visited ENT and they said it's muscle problem and then visited ortho here and they said that Sternocleidomastoid syndrome. Am not getting proper medicine here . Pls suggest some good medicine so that I can ask my friend to bring from India

You should benefit with Gentle massage, physiotherapy and medications.. I'm sure the doctor would have prescribed a muscle relaxant for you.. You cant take any muscle relaxant over there in Germany. Only medications wont be enough, you would also need the above mentioned things.
