Stem cell banking private or community?

Hi , We are expecting our 1st baby in this December. Should I go for stemcell preserve in stem cell banks?whether I should opt for a private stemcell bank or community stemcell bank?I am really confused as each of them are saying they are best.I would appreciate a genuine unbiased answer.
