Sir, Daily morning and night steam with turmeric, Daily hot water drinking, Daily vit c morning and night Zinco multivitamin tablet afternoon 1 Iam doing is there any problem, sir Taking vitamin and multivitamin tablets, Plz 🙏 help me sir

Yes you can continue with same.. also avoid eating oily and cold drinks No need to turmeric in steam

No need of turmeric in steam inhalation.. Plain steam or with karvol plus will do

If you are putting turmeric in your steam do not do that Instead use - KARAVOL PLUS caps / VICKS
