I went for and STD screening in my results indicated I contracted Herpes 2. A month ago I was tested and the results came back negative. Is it possible for doctor 1 to overlook the STD? I asked my sexual partner to get tested and testing came back positive. I then asked him about the STD, he indicated he received it from his ex Sept 2017. Is it possible the STD was dormant for 5 months.
