I was prescribed flagyl and given a shot rocephin for chlamydia and gonorrea is these thw correct medicines to treat these std? I didnt know flagyl treats STDS

yes it is the right treatment. flagyl is usually given for chlamydia and ceftriaxone (rosephin) given for gonorrea.
