STD(Chlamydia and gonorrhoea)

If the having STD(Chlamydia and gonorrhoea) but not having HIV infection.. so STD(Chlamydia and gonorrhoea) can automatically turn into HIV. For example if person is living With STD(Chlamydia and gonorrhoea)but that person not have HIV.. Further STD(Chlamydia and gonorrhoea) can turn into HIV? ?

Chlamydia and gonorrhoea doesn't get converted to Hiv,are you taking medication for these conditions?Since when are you infected? These are curable conditions with good medication U can consult me

Will not turn into hiv but can lead to other problems hiv canbe  contacted with unprotected sex with an hiv positive person, blood transfusion,using of same needles and syringes etc.if the donor of the blood is hiv positive and testing before transfusion is not up to the mark.only than you can get hiv by transfusion.
