Initially this problem started when I mastrubated by squeezing head of penis hard and the next morning it was sore and the problem of urinary incontinence started 2 months have passed but my urine is getting retained and I have to press my penis to start stop motion to increase the speed of flow It gets worse at night as sometimes it won't empty and I have stomach pain and have to urinate again and again Please suggest !
