I am a badminton player and I can run for 30 to 35 mins in moderate speed or even more. But my friends have better stamina than me and are more fitter . I am a vegetarian. When I start to run I don't stop but when I play badminton i get fatigued after some time. Is this a nutrition problem? Can I have amazing stamina and strength with vegetarian foods? My height is 6 feet and weight is 72 kgs .
